Let’s get real about therapy

When I sat down to write about my approach, I thought about you—what you might really want to know. You’re probably not here to read about “integrative, multimodal, individually tailored therapy.” You want to know:
“Can I trust her to help me? Because right now, I’m overwhelmed.”

The honest answer?
Yes—I hope you can. Because I care deeply about offering a therapy experience that’s grounded, practical, and genuinely helpful. While I do invest in learning and applying evidence-based methods, what matters most is how you experience therapy: feeling heard, supported, and equipped to move forward.

I believe change happens when therapy is well-informed, well-structured, and rooted in compassion. Every person deserves a personalised, thoughtful approach that meets them where they are—and helps them move toward where they want to be.
The fact that you’re here, reading this, tells me something important: part of you is ready to grow, heal, and make a change. That’s a huge first step. We all need help sometimes, especially when life starts to feel like it's too much.

My role is to bring my knowledge, experience, and care to our sessions—to walk alongside you as you find your way through.
to draw on my knowledge and expertise to help facilitate your journey.

Choosing a practitioner
It is important to choose a qualified hypnotherapist who has undertaken all the necessary training to understand the theory and practice of hypnotherapy.
You can check whether a hypnotherapist is registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) by searching the register at www.cnhc.org.uk.
By choosing hypnotherapists registered with the CNHC you can be confident that they are properly trained, qualified and insured.
